What qualifications and experience do you have as a coach?
As the founder of m.theorie, I bring a wealth of experience and qualifications to my coaching practice. I have over 200-hours of yoga teacher training and a certification in nutrition coaching (CNC), and am expanding my expertise to become a certified meditation teacher and certified well-being coach.
